Our spatial proteomics platform visualizes protein interactions at nanometer scale

At Micrographia Bio, our mission is to deliver a new era of drug discovery through nanoscale spatial proteomics. Our platform enables the direct visualisation of protein-protein interactions and behaviour at the nanoscale to reveal systems biology in action. 

Our AI-enabled platform harnesses a unique combination of advanced imaging chemistry and machine learning. Together these capabilities allow for the direct observation and quantitative understanding of the spatial context of protein interactions. By understanding where and how proteins interact, we can distinguish subtle biological mechanisms at the molecular level - increasing mechanistic clarity and uncovering insights that remain invisible to conventional assays.
